Who do I contact to schedule my move-in van and where should I park?

Please contact or leasing team to reserve the loading zone near the main entrance. You are able to reserve this space for moving from 9 AM – 5 PM.

How do I reserve an elevator for move-in?

Please contact the leasing office 48 hours prior to your move-in date.

Where do I pick up packages?

We have a package locker located behind our leasing office. Should you recieve a package that is oversized or does not fit in our locker storage, our team will hold it for you in the leasing office.

 I have family visiting, where should I recommend they stay?

We do offer guest suites at our sister properties, The Seasons of Cherry Creek and The Country Club Towers. Additionally, there is many local hotels in close proximity to Skyline 1801.

How do I submit a maintenance request?

Maintenance requests can be submitted through your our resident portal on RentCafe. We have on-site maintenace during business hours. Should you have a maintenance emergency after hours, we have an on call maintenance tech 24/7.

Where can I view my lease?

Lease documents and lease renewal documents are available in your Resident Portal at RentCafe.com.

How do I change my address? 

Please complete a change of Address form directly with the USPS.

What do I do with previous residents’ mail?

You can drop off a previous resident’s mail at the main office, and we will return it to the USPS.

I have a number of small things I need fixed in my apartment. Can I make a checklist?

Absolutely!  Please drop off your list at the leasing office.

Where do my guests park?

Street parking is readily available. Additionally, multiple parking garages located within close proximity to Skyline 1801.

Do you have any housekeeping services you recommend?

Can I rent the kitchen space in my building? How do I do that? How much does it cost? 

Absolutely! Please contact the leasing office if you would like rent the Demo Kitchen. We charge $250 for a 4 hour period.

What is our pet policy?

 Your furry friends are welcome at Skyline 1801! Contact our leasing team for more information on policies and associated fees.

What pet amenities are available on-site? 

We have an off-leash dog park located in the back of our building.
