Who do I contact to schedule my move-in van and where does it park?  

Please use the loading zone near the main main entrance.  

 

How do I reserve an elevator for move-in?

Please contact the leasing office 48 hours prior to your move-in date.

 

Where do I pick up my packages?

Our concierge will accept most packages on your behalf, which we will put in your mailbox/locker. Oversized deliveries will be taken to the office and need to be picked up. 

 

I have family visiting, are there discounts on hotels, or guest suites available?  How do I book that?

We do not have guest suites available at Skyline 1801, but you are welcome to reserve space at one of our sister-residences, the Country Club Towers and Gardens or The Seasons of Cherry Creek.  

 

How do I submit a maintenance request?

Maintenance requests can be submitted through the resident portal at BuildingLink.com. Upon moving in, residents are provided with an Inventory and Conditions Form for any outstanding items that may need attention.

 

Where can I view my lease?

Lease documents and lease renewal documents are available in your Resident Portal at RentCafe.com.

 

What amenities can we use? Are there fees associated?  Can my friends from outside the building join me?

All of our common areas are available to all residents and their guests at no additional cost.  

 

How do I change my address?

Please complete a Change of Address Form provided by the USPS.

 

What do I do with previous residents’ mail?

You can drop off a previous resident’s mail at the main office, and we will return it to the USPS.

 

I have a number of small things I need fixed in my apartment. Can I make a checklist?

Absolutely!  Please drop off your list at the leasing office.

 

Where do my guests park?

Street parking is readily available. There is also a parking garage located at 1099 18th Street.

 

Do you have any housekeeping services you recommend?

Can I rent the kitchen space in my building?  How do I do that?  How much does it cost? 

The demo kitchen is available with an advanced reservation. There is fee of $250.00 per use. Please contact the leasing office to make your reservation.

 

Do you have any dog or cat sitters you can recommend?

We recommend Wag!

 

What is our pet policy?

All units at Skyline 1801 are dog and cat friendly.    

There is a two pet limit per unit. No caged animals are allowed (rabbits, ferrets, etc.).  Breed restrictions include: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, Chows, Bull Mastiffs, Akitas (ask about exceptions).  All pets must be current on vaccinations.  All pets must be on a lease in public spaces at all times except designated off leash areas.  Residents may use the dog park at their own risk.  Our campus features a dog park, a dog spa, pet-centric events, and easy access to nearby parks.
